Is doesn't get much hotter than Pontiac's Gran Turismo Omologato (GTO), which was built by General Motors in from 1964 to 1974 (and later by GM's subsidiary Holden in Australia from 2004 to 2006). The GTO was considered innovative at the time--now it's a classic.
Here's something you didn't know: From '64 thru '73, the GTO was closely related to Pontiac's Tempest/LeMans... and in '74 they based it on the Pontiac Ventura.
